Can Green Upset Ward?
On Saturday night in Oakland, California the latest Super Six instalment is an exciting match-up between current tournament favourite and WBA champ Andre Ward against Jermain Taylor's replacement Allan green.
After Ward's excellent performance against Kessler many people have Ward as a strong favourite. The other Super Six competitors favour Ward but Carl Froch thinks that it's possible that Green may have a surprise for Ward.
At the final press conference there was tension in the air but both fighters were respectful. Both looked confident. This could prove to be a wildly exciting fight if Allan Green can avoid fighting Ward's fight. I side with Ward, as he has the pedigree, the quality and the temperament but I think it could be tougher than he expects.
