Cloud retains Title
Tavoris Cloud retained his IBF light heavyweight title against wily old veteran Glen Johnson via a 12 round unanimous decision.
The three judges turned in identical 116-112 scores in what was a close, competitive fight.
In the end it was Cloud's youth and energy which gave him the edge over a Glen Johnson who whilst still very competitive is certainly now past his peak.
On the same Don King promoted show Cornelius "K9" Bundridge controversially stopped Cory Spinks to win the IBF light middleweight title. Spinks had risen from a knockdown and was ready to continue but the referee decided that Spinks was too badly hurt to carry on.
