Prince Wins Prizefighter!
Prince Arron won the Prizefighter light middleweight tournement and took the £32,000 prize with a close points victory in the final against Brett Flournoy.
He defeated George Hilyard in the first round of the tournament and then beat favourite Bradley Price in the semi-final by boxing impressively behing the jab and landing rights and combinations.
At 6'3" Arrons's opponents struggled to deal with his height and reach and found difficulty getting past his jab. The only knockdown of the night came in the final when Flournoy went down under pressure from a couple of rights, and this probably cost him the decision.
