Unanimous decision for Floyd
Floyd Mayweather scored a clear unanimous 12 round points decision over an old looking Shane Mosley.
Apart from a brief few moments in the second round when Floyd was rocked with right hands he dominated the fight and won 10 or 11 of the 12 rounds. This sets up a fight with Pacquaio if the fighters can come to an agreement.
You'd have to say that Shane was very disappointing and after about the 3rd round seemed unable to let his punches go at all. On the other hand Floyd looked controlled and confident and was clearly bossing the fight but without doing anything particularly thrilling or entertaining.
Mosley's days in the top flight are now surely numbered whilst Floyd can look forward to the biggest fights out there.
